ARIANNICO D.O.P. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL: This is a Product of Italy. from the Puglia/Andria region. Acidity levels less than 0.3%. It is produced naturally without chemicals or additives and has a green emerald color. Our Ariannico D.O.P. Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes only from Coratina Olives. This oil has the fullest taste and most fruity aroma. The full flavor of D.O.P. Extra Virgin olive oil adds taste to any dish.
D.O.P. stands for Denomination of Protected Origin which means that only certain olives native of specific geographic regions of Italy are used to produce this oil. For D.O.P. oil, the olives are hand-selected and hand-pressed using accepted techniques. Government agencies control D.O.P. olive oils where each bottle is numbered serially.

Blended Oils
BLENDED OILS: Blended oil is made of selected vegetable oils combined with Olive Oil. This all purpose oil has economic advantages in all food markets. Today, olive oil is even utilized in the health and beauty industry for soaps, creams and lotions. Depending on preference, there are no limits for olive oil.
Vegetable Oils
VEGETABLE OILS: Vegetable oil or veg-oil is fat extracted from plant sources, known as oil plants. Although in principle other parts of plants may yield oil, in practice seeds form the almost exclusive source. Vegetable oils are used as cooking oils and for industrial uses. Some types of vegetable oils are soy oil, canola oil, sunflower oil and corn oil.
